Ok so many people start and failt miserbiliy in business and another thing they will fail in is creating good and workable membership websites. I recently created a membership website which has made me a good amount of money i must say and i just want to share the tips with you to help make it work!

Ok so selling products or access to a membership site is the model i use! But you don't want to just sell a membership to the website. The best apporach is to provide the users with something before maybe for free or access to information. This way people know what you are talking about and less reluctant to critisese what you may be selling.

Also always offer a risk free trial so that members can pay less for membership and cancel after the trial when they see fit. I would say a free trail for maybe half the price with access to everything allows members to cancel there membership whenever they wanted.

Always over deliver so people want to remain signed up.

Give people something they actually want, sounds hard but it is very simple. This could be access to secret non easily availble information a tool of somesort. That is where your business mind comes into action.

Right now make sure the marketing is good if its something in demand or hot you should start to see customers right away once the word is out remember to do the correct SEO for the website and post on forums to get the word out.

Its funny however Ghetto i do not think you have to be so black hat here. Its a common marketing technique you have described and i think generally people do not mind parting with some of their money especially when you give something for free and show that you do know what you are talking about.

Its sort of like branding but in the online world its the way companies like Coca Cola etc work as people trust them (maybe not with their teeth) but you know what i mean right!
