Here is one method I found out by accident. I developed it with a friend of mine who knows nothing about computers but he sells house appliances and other items at local flea markets for a profit. I came up with this idea after he told me you can’t make raffles at flea markets due to local laws. Anyway, here’s how you go about it:

Step 1

Get someone to go to a flea market booth. The price per day varies depending on your location. My location was $30 per day on weekends. Don’t worry if you have to pay for it yourself, you’ll get it back.

Step 2

Take a very impressive item that DOESN’T work but looks like it would. A good example is a big plasma TV, as those really attract tons of attention. Put a red sticker with a very low but still believable price. Something like “GET THIS FOR $300.”

Step 3

Your contact should tell everyone that’s interested that the model on display is already sold, BUT that they can get one for the same price in 2 weeks. All they have to do is to visit the website (write it on a paper rather than have printouts ready, it’ll make you look like you’ve had much more interested people than you expected). If you also get the e-mail, you’ll be creating a list as well.

Step 4

It’s your part of the job now. Get a cheap TV site started. Use a domain name that looks cheap, like “cheaptvsforsale.com.” You’ll also need an iframe CPA offer with a nice payout for e-mails and names.

That’s it. Enjoy. Be aware that getting greedy can get you easily banned. Don’t do this often and if possible, be in different flea markets to avoid being detected. Also, don’t do the flea market booth yourself. Have someone do it, or better yet, hire a high school student to do it for you. Cheap and useless traffic also helps you cover yourself.
