I just wanted to contribute with my two cents. This method is very easy and if you are the kind that likes to spend time watching music videos on youtube, you'll find it very fun as well.

Select a song that has a very popular rhythm or that is very catchy. I selected Loituma because it was popular on the internet at the time, but let your taste decide. Then, find a CPA ringtone offer. Most of them pay about $10 dollars. However, in my experience, it's the popularity of the tune rather than the amount paid by the CPA that will give you the money.

After that, get a domain and forward it to the CPA offer. You may want to spend some time on the site to make it attractive. Maybe use some pictures of the artist or the lyrics of the tune.

Next, post the link as many times as possible on music videos on youtube. As I said before, if you already spend time on youtube, this could hardly be considered work. Make it sound like you're a fan of the group that has to have anything related to them. Something like:

"hey, I love this song so much I even made a ringtone from 1:24 to 1:48 of this video. You can download it at siteyoumade.com."

There are many ways to do this. You can post on the videos of the song, the videos of the band, etc. For better effect, make a playlist with the videos of the group or singer (If you don't know how to create a playlist, don't worry, it's extremely easy and youtube is very clear about it). If the list has several versions of the same song, so much the better.

Of course, you don't have to stop at youtube. You can post your link on yahoo answers, chat rooms, music communities, etc. It's just that youtube is more fun and many of you must be spending time there anyway (at least I do).
