Ok so somethings been bugging me recently with CPA networks, it seems that my conversion rate has dropped dramatically and i was trying to figure out why. Well after talking to someone who used to work for a CPA company i was told the the biggest secrets of them all!
This may not be accountable for all CPA networks but it was certainly true for this one (i do not want to give the name of the network with fear of my friend ex employee being found out). Apparently what the network used to do was to use our affiliate links especially those of us that are bringing in a lot of traffic and redirect the link to there own affiliate links. Therefore when the conversions would occur it would occur with the affiliate link of the cpa network!
To be honest i know there is some fiddling going on within cpa networks so that they can make some money also!

Re: Cost per action networks scam?
I would not be surprised if this is not going on! The other trick is with the URL shortener companies replacing your affiliate links with there own when running links through them!
